Is it possible to deduce the personality alignment of someone just by facial observation?

While I deem it possible to conclude one's personality by observing his/her interactions, mannerisms, posing, habits, way of speech, for 5 mins, it initially seemed a little hard for one to do the same with just the face.

Based on the reasoning that personality drives behaviour and expression, it should then be possible for that to happen. Subtle facial expressions and facial gestures are also expressions of personality, and catching these is the key to figuring out their personality.

At least the vague personality traits.
